Modern\u00ed rodinn\u00fd d\u016fm z d\u00edlny studia Stempel &amp; Tesar architekti vznikl na m\u00edst\u011b p\u016fvodn\u00ed chaty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u016fvodn\u00ed rekrea\u010dn\u00ed stavba v Slapech majitel\u016fm nevyhovovala kv\u016fli dispozi\u010dn\u00edm i technick\u00fdm vlastnostem. \u0158e\u0161en\u00edm byla v\u00fdstavba zcela nov\u00e9ho domu, kter\u00fd v\u0161ak zachov\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u016fvodn\u00ed p\u016fdorysn\u00e9 stopu chaty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Architekti dispozici p\u0159irozen\u011b p\u0159izp\u016fsobily svahu a ter\u00e9nn\u00edmu zlomu, na kter\u00e9m stavba stoj\u00ed. Hlavn\u00ed vstup do domu je v horn\u00edm pat\u0159e, kde se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed lo\u017enice. S pozemkem je spojen barevn\u011b zv\u00fdrazn\u011bnou ocelovou l\u00e1vkou. Hned v z\u00e1dve\u0159\u00ed jsou schody na n\u00ed\u017ee podla\u017e\u00ed, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1s zavedou do denn\u00ed z\u00f3ny domu &#8211; obytn\u00e9ho prostoru s kuchyn\u00ed.
