Architekt proto polo\u017eil d\u016fm k ji\u017en\u00ed hranici pozemku. Podstavu pro no\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st rodinn\u00e9ho domu tvo\u0159\u00ed gar\u00e1\u017e v suter\u00e9nu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159e\u010dt\u011bte si tak\u00e9<br>Nejlep\u0161\u00ed rodinn\u00fd d\u016fm v Polsku postavili na nepraktick\u00e9 pozemku<br>Projekt rodinn\u00e9ho domu se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze dvou z\u00e1kladn\u00edch, a p\u0159itom kontrastn\u00edch celk\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou um\u00edst\u011bny do tvaru p\u00edsmene L. Tento tvar je mnohokr\u00e1t ov\u011b\u0159en\u00fd a st\u00e1le uzn\u00e1van\u00fd architekty i majiteli dom\u016f, proto\u017ee mezi rameny domu vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed soukromou z\u00f3nu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rodinn\u00fd d\u016fm v Lietavsk\u00e9 Svinn\u00e9<br>Rodinn\u00fd d\u016fm v Lietavsk\u00e9 Svinn\u00e9 Zdroj: Richard K\u00f6hler<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8222;Elko&#8220; s v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00fdm i materi\u00e1lov\u00fdm rozd\u00edlem<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b domu N, jak naz\u00fdv\u00e1 projekt jeho autor, je jedno rameno domu n\u00ed\u017ee, jednopodla\u017en\u00ed (pod n\u00edm se skr\u00fdv\u00e1 gar\u00e1\u017e) a druh\u00e9 dvoupodla\u017en\u00ed. Ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed stavba je om\u00edtnut\u00e1 b\u00edle, dominantn\u00ed hmota oblo\u017een\u00e1 d\u0159evem s \u0161edou patinou. Ob\u011b hmoty se li\u0161\u00ed i st\u0159echami &#8211; ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed m\u00e1 rovnou, vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed typickou sedlovou st\u0159echu. No\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st tvo\u0159\u00ed hlavn\u00ed lo\u017enice a dal\u0161\u00ed dv\u011b m\u00edstnosti, ze v\u0161ech se d\u00e1 vyj\u00edt na terasu a dv\u011b prostorn\u00e9 koupelny. V masivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm rameni se za chodbou s technick\u00fdmi m\u00edstnostmi nach\u00e1z\u00ed otev\u0159en\u00e1 denn\u00ed z\u00f3na s kuchyn\u00ed, j\u00eddelnou a ob\u00fdvac\u00edm pokojem. Z ob\u00fdvac\u00edho pokoje vych\u00e1z\u00ed schodi\u0161t\u011b do druh\u00e9ho nadzemn\u00edho podla\u017e\u00ed. \u010c\u00e1st nad ob\u00fdv\u00e1kem m\u00e1 otev\u0159en\u00fd krov.
